1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and EdenEchos for the use of our game server and related services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of EdenEchos, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in any form of cheating or exploiting game bugs
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Use offensive or inappropriate language
Impersonate staff members or other players
Engage in spamming or advertising
Share or sell accounts

4. Donations and Virtual Items

Any donations made are voluntary and non-refundable. Virtual items or currency obtained through donations are for personal use only and have no real-world value.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NCSOFT or EdenEchos and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Server Rules and Policies

You must comply with all server rules and policies as posted on our website or communicated by staff members. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

EdenEchos is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of EdenEchos after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

10. Disclaimer

EdenEchos is a fan-made private server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSOFT. Lineage II and all related trademarks are property of NCSOFT Corporation.
